In the case of active partners (customers, resellers, suppliers), we retain your personal data for a period of 10 years in order to better serve you for anything you need from us.

In case you are not a customer of LOGICOM (that is, no transaction has been made between you and our company), we will keep your personal data for a period of 5 years after our last contact.

We send promotional material for a period not exceeding 2 years from our last contact.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We share your personal data with Fortive Group member companies and our Marketing associates for internal purposes, primarily for business and operational purposes.

As we continue to grow our business, we may sell or buy parts. If another entity acquires us or merges with us, your personal data will remain secure and enclosed in it.

In the event of bankruptcy or reorganization of the company, your personal data will be considered as fixed assets of the company and will be permanently protected.

Where necessary, we share your personal data with third parties to comply with our legal obligations, when we believe that the law requires good faith, when there is a formal request from government authorities when conducting investigations, detection and protection of fraud, technical problems or security issues, in order to respond to a need, or in any case to protect the rights, property, security or protection of third parties.

We may also share your personal data in cases of crises such as natural disasters in order to protect human life.

These third parties comply in the same or similar ways with privacy policies.

No other third party has access to your information unless expressly stated in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

What is the legal basis on which we base and use your personal data?

As this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract between us for the supply and support of the systems that you bought from us, or for the completion of the previous steps before the contract of this contract

As much as possible, we try to process your personal data within Greece. However, if we or our service providers transfer your personal data between countries, we always demand that appropriate protection measures be taken.
