Current Tank Status Indication<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the main functions is to monitor all tanks in terms of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the volume of fuel at natural temperature<\/li>\n
  • the volume of fuel at 15o C<\/li>\n
  • the volume of water (if any)<\/li>\n
  • the fuel level<\/li>\n
  • the water level<\/li>\n
  • the empty space<\/li>\n
  • the fuel temperature<\/li>\n
  • Data is displayed on the Controller touch screen and selectively printed on the system thermal printer (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Leakage Control\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    Leak control is an important function both for business reasons and to meet the obligation to have a similar system in each service station. The system checks each tank for leaks (while the pumps are not running) and gives us a complete report even if the tank has a drop rate leak.<\/p>\n

    According to current legislation, leaks of a rate equal to or greater than 0.75 liters \/ hour must be detected and the iTouch system has the ability to detect leaks at a rate of 0.38 liters \/ hour. one or more tanks, at the touch of a button. The results of each leak test can be printed on the thermal report printer<\/p>\n

    Receipt Check<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The iTouch system has a system of automated recording of fuel receipts, which automatically records and stores all the details of each fuel receipt without the need for human intervention, before or after receipt.<\/p>\n

    The system stores the detailed data of the condition of the tank before and after the receipt, both at natural temperature and with reduction to 150 C.<\/p>\n

    The details of the receipts are available through the touch screen of the Controller, they are sent to the Pump Control System (Console) if there is a similar interface and they can be printed on the system thermal printer.<\/p>\n

    The Auditor keeps in his memory the data of the last 25 receipts and if there is an interface with PC the data of all receipts are kept in him, without any restriction.<\/p>\n

    Alarms<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The iTouch Controller has an alarm system, among other things, for:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • High and Very high fuel level<\/li>\n
    • Low fuel level<\/li>\n
    • Very low fuel level<\/li>\n
    • Very high water level<\/li>\n
    • High water level<\/li>\n
    • Leakage<\/li>\n
    • Incorrect fuel temperature display<\/li>\n
    • Sensor (rod) failure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The above function ensures the information of the person in charge in case of occurrence of a situation that requires his attention.<\/p>\n
