The reliability of the measurements of the fuel inflow control systems in tanks, depends directly, both on the level measurement system itself, and on the calibration of the tank.<\/p>\n

In most cases, the calibration factor was not given, until recently, the required attention and calibrations were performed with completely crude and untested methods, as well as with inappropriate equipment (unverified self-made containers). Logicom To identify this serious technical gap, he started in 2007 the organization of a modern measurement laboratory.<\/p>\n

While initially flow meters were used, later, in order to improve the results and reduce the uncertainties, the laboratory was equipped with standard volumetric containers, which have been calibrated by the EIM (Hellenic Institute of Metrology).<\/p>\n

With many years of experience and dedication to the quality\u00a0 of tank calibrations, Logicom calibration laboratory succeeded in 2012 to be accredited according to ISO 17025-2005 by the National Accreditation System (ESYD) and now has the ability to provide to each clients a certificate with the logo of ESYD for tank calibrations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The provision of accreditation services by our own accredited laboratory, offers Logicom customers both the certainty of the reliability of the results, as well as the power of proving the stocks of tanks and fuel receipts (something that does not apply without certification by an accredited laboratory). This is of particular value in the context of the operation of Input-Output systems, where the accurate recording and control of receipts, as well as fuel stocks, is a basic condition for the correct calculation of the Input-Output balance.<\/p>\n
